Airwaves is the best and most honest heating company in the front range. Truly a great experience. We are raising two kids in a mountain cabin. Due to our location a corporate company that come up to diagnose a furnace pilot light automatically red tagged with a non definite diagnostic of "cracked heat exchanger snake oil water test". They cut off heat to our house. one hour also let me know they specialize in remodeling homes to give them room to put the new furnace and hot water heater they wanted to sell me. Crooked. After researching honest local based company's we found John at airwaves. Thank god. John diagnosed the issue as bad thermocouple, 40$ plus a little labor. Absolutely the most honest company ran by an honest hard working American. A rare breed these days. Doing honest work and not taking advantage of people. Good HVAC team, good quality product and good follow-up for post-install questions. Install team and duct cleaning teams arrived on time, met their schedule commit for the work, was respectful of my home and involved me in placement and orientation preferences. This is the second installation in 19 years with Airwaves, and the work quality, pricing and customer care is far better than the competition. I had two other quotes prior to choosing Airwaves, one didn't even bother to quote after multiple requests, and the other didn't quote the system as requested, so it was an easy choice since Airwaves quoted exactly as requested, with fair pricing and within 24 hours of my request.
